Finding a Product
If you don't know the specific name or manufacturer of the product
you are looking for, there are three ways to browse our store:
- Select from the general product types (China, Monogrammed China,
Cookware, or Housewares) at the top of our home page.
- Choose from one of the product categories (China, Housewares,
Cookware, Cutlery, etc.) on the left-hand side of the home page.
- Or, we've provided more specific information about our products
in the center of the home page. Simply select the category that
best describes the product you are looking for.
- After you have selected a category of product, select a subcategory
to narrow your search. For example, Designer, Formal, Monogrammed,
or Casual are subcategories in our China section.
- Click pictures or descriptions of products to view detailed
descriptions, sizes, colors, and pricing information.
Searching
If you know the specific name or manufacturer of the product you are
looking for, you can use our search engine:
- Type the name of the product or the manufacturer into the "Search"
box in the upper left-hand side of the home page and click "Go."
- Choose from the list of results to go directly to the page containing
your specific product.
Example: If you type "pasta" into the "Search" box, our search engine
will bring up a list of pages containing "pasta" in at least one of
the product's descriptions on that page. To narrow your search, you
can add additional words separated by spaces or commas. For instance,
entering "pasta set" will bring up a list of pages containing "pasta
set" in at least one of the product's descriptions on that page.
Placing an Order
- If you would like to order a product, click on the "Order" button
next to that particular product.
- Select quantities, shipping, and payment type, and in the case
of china, color and monogram type.
- If you are not finished shopping, click "Continue Shopping"
and you will be returned the page you were on previously. From
this point, you can continue to browse our store.
- If you are done shopping, click "Checkout" to submit your shipping
and billing information and complete the ordering process.
